I’m Kristofer Reynolds, a certified personal trainer, born and raised in sunny San Diego, CA. 

I work with all fitness levels, ages and abilities, specializing in those who would like to get fit after recovering from an injury, surgery, mobility limitations or just the plain old rut we get stuck in from our day to day routines.

The simple answer to your goals is that you gotta change things up to make it happen, and you are one step closer to doing just that!  

I have studied with NASM, maintain proper CPR/AED?First Aid certifications and most recently earned my certification with ISSA to work as a Certified Genetics Based personal trainer. The certification allows me to administer DNA tests and interpret the results. This allows me to create programs tailored from to the fitness science from your DNA profile.

My programs are tailored specifically to you, and are made available both online and in person, in my studio or on location in the greater San Diego, CA area. 

One of the perks of being a KR FitLife Client is the KR FitLife app which acts as both our guide and journal toward your fitness goals, nutrition, biometrics and overall progress.

We are so fortunate to live in a day and age where we have these incredible tools at our fingertips, although I know it can be overwhelming, which in turn can stop us before we even start! So we take baby steps and one of my main jobs isn’t just as your “trainer”, but more importantly your teacher.

My primary focus as your trainer and mentor is 9in Teaching you how to use all these tools I offer, effectively, and for you to apply them to your general health management for the long haul, not just when we’re working together.

Another key area I hone in on is form and function in everything we do, in an effort to prevent injury and maximize results. There are some really basic but often neglected principles Ive found lacking even in the most seasoned fitness enthusiast, and they are the foundation to success for any program in my experience. 

Whether we spend 6 weeks or 6 years training together, I want you to go forth from our time with the confidence and knowledge to truly live a fit life, on your terms.

Our first session is always complimentary. No obligation, no pressure, just 50 minutes to assess your fitness level, goals and ensure we can make an effective team.
