KR FitLife Friday: Happy New Year! 2021

If you’re reading this, we made itπŸ€—…..and now hindsight truly is 2020.
My wild night was a rooftop champagne toast at midnight, bidding farewell to 2020 and greeting the new year with a smile. We shared our hopes and goals for the future, and I went to bed content and at peace. I slept amazing. I’m already two client sessions in today, integrating Wii bowling into some of my local clients programs. Why you ask? In order to focus on what I define as cognitive muscle conditioning, which is basically a fun way to learn how to identify and control our amazing muscles, and rediscover how we move.πŸ€“πŸ€—πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ. Brunch is in the oven, followed by a good workout, and finally takin my motorcycle out on this incredibly gorgeous San Diego day. Yes please , and thank you.
