KR FitLife Motivation Monday: Fit Mind
Happy New Year everyone! It’s the first Monday of 2022, a time when many of us, myself included, make changes and set new goals. These changes can only happen if you approach them with the right mindset though. I’d venture to say one of the biggest hurdles I encounter with my clients is the ones they create in their heads. That’s why it’s incredibly important to strengthen our minds and our mindsets as we work toward our goals. We need to feed it with enriching information, and challenge it in ways that help to strengthen it, just as we should do for our bodies.
